Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UYS Financial Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality credit repair services and educating our clients on how to build and maintain strong credit. Because of the nature of our services, which involve time, labor, and the initiation of disputes on your behalf, we have implemented the following refund and cancellation policy:

Refund Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of credit repair services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once services have been initiated.

However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).
  • You cancel within 3 business days of signing the service agreement and no disputes have been sent to the credit bureaus on your behalf.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us in writing at [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Name]”. Your request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your credit repair services at any time by providing written notice. To cancel:
  • Email [email protected] with the subject “Cancel My Services – [Your Full Name]”
  • Include your name, phone number, and reason for cancellation.
If services have already been performed in the current billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle. You will not be billed further after that point.

Results Disclaimer

Credit repair results vary based on individual credit history, responsiveness of the credit bureaus and furnishers, and your cooperation with the process (e.g., sending updated credit reports, mailing identity documents). We do not guarantee specific results, including credit score increases, item deletions, or approval for credit.
